These specially-made coasters require condensation from the Corona bottle to work. So it was important that the coasters were used in humid conditions and not in air-con. They were therefore distributed to bars in Singapore that have outdoor sections. When enough condensation from your Corona saturates the coaster, the paper stock beneath shows through more, exaggerating the drop shadow design around the logo to make it looked blurred. A gentle reminder that you might feel great, but you probably wouldn't drive so great.
