To open up a dialogue between our agency and prospective clients through a unique communication channel that embodies the Leo Burnett philosophy.
By creating a bespoke and truly uniquely crafted Apple Box, we have created an enduring and timely communication piece that embodies Leo Burnett. On opening the doors to his agency when America was in the grip of the Great Depression, as an act of hospitality in a hungry world, Leo put out a bowl of apples in the reception... which got the know-it-alls guessing how long it would take before Leo was on the streets selling apples. It’s the one single “act” that best represents the philosophy behind everything we do at Leo Burnett.
In the grip of a great depression, Leo Burnett placed a bowl of apples in reception as an act of hospitality in a hungry world. We bought this kind of personal and selfless act to life through a blend of old world, hand made design and crafting, with cutting edge technology to communicate this personal touch together with our unique perspectives on what advertising should be, and should do. Desired outcomes were to seek personal communications with our head of new business from the CEO’s we targeted.
We received overwhelmingly positive feedback from each CEO who received the AppleBox with personal calls made to our head of new business inquiring about opening up an on-going dialogue with the agency with a view to talking about working with us in the nearest future.
