As the client is a local aquarium, we wanted to raise their local profile and visit more often.
We designed the Shinagawa Aquarium campaign tumbler with a carp motif. The tumblers were distributed at the Shinagawa-ward's Coming of Age ceremony to new adults.
Japanese families fly carp streamers on the Children's Day to celebrate growth. We celebrated the coming of age of these former children through the tumblers.
The tumblers went viral online and created a buzz on Twitter. The tumblers and the Shinagawa Aquarium created a long-lasting impression on these new adults.
