Instead of using the magazine's reviews to promote the venues, we used the venues to promote the magazine. Over 30 TimeOut Live Review boards were placed in front of restaurants, bars, music stores and bookstores across Hong Kong. Each board carried a review of the venue directly behind it, complete with a 'photo window'.
