The finished piece was a new and innovative way for Bounce to promote their Spring & Renewal dryer sheets. The piece generated attention from the public and media alike, garnering attention in local newspapers and online. As a result the website was inundated with visits and sales of Bounce continued to rise.
We achieved this by bringing a leafless tree in downtown Toronto to life with hundreds of brightly coloured, scented fabric flowers formed from pieces of clean laundry during the greyest, gloomiest time of year. Each flower was formed from a piece of clean laundry, including socks, t-shirts, handkerchiefs and scarves, scented by Bounce Spring & Renewal dryer sheets. Passersby could interact with the tree and its flowers, by picking and unravelling to discover the source of their fresh scent.
The objective of this piece was to remind our target audience that they could enjoy spring all year round with Bounce Spring & Renewal dryer sheets.
