In this commercial for Earth Hour 2009,we see what can be achieved when a community of people come together to celebrate Earth Hour. Through a sequence shots we watch as people of all ages stitch, steal and borrow white sheets which they proceed to drape over their balconies Meanwhile inside the apartment block we see a group of young people racing up the stairs to the top of the building carrying brightly coloured sheets. Suddenly they’re caught by the wind and whipped up into the air and at this point we see that they’ve created a flame.
