The film tells the story of a young girl during the lockdown. She awkwardly tells her camera that she's going through her first period. But the rest of her story of her discomfort and embarrassment around her first period is spoken about by the other members of her family - her mother, her father, her brother, her grandmother and her grandfather. VO: She may not understand what she's going through, she just needs to know that you do. The voiceover goes onto to explain that during the lockdown, millions of girls would go through their first period, including your daughter. The best thing you can do for her is to support her and tell her that It’s Just A Period.
