Write a short summary of what happens in the film.

The state of emergency has been lifted! But what do I have to be careful about? An original animation movie about what to do when you see everyone for the first time in a long time. "Be aware that your lunch doesnʼt smell, 'cos thatʼs not very nice at all", "Donʼt cry if your pets arenʼt with you, just go play with them at your house" and "You canʼt mute your behind, so be aware not to pass air" Cute characters sing humorously with catchy lyrics that tend to be forgotten during an emergency. To the last, we will convey the message of SMV Japan that we should aim for a safe society by having a "portable alcohol disinfection spray" even when we go out.

Cultural / Context information for the jury

Coronavirus spread worldwide, and even after the lockdown, there were many cases where the second and third waves came again. In the UK, the government itself calls it "STAY ALERT" and calls attention to how to spend the New Normal era through HP and the media. The situation is the same in Japan, and caution is required in the corona era.

Tell the jury about the animation used and summarise any relevant challenges or techniques.

We aimed for an animation that is not unique to Japan, but rather a global expression, to reach people around the world with the corona disaster. We asked Chari, who has fans all over the world, to be the illustrator. We received comments from fans not only from Japan, but also from the United States and South America. These humorous animations comforted people in the corona crisis.
