Bucking the conventions of picture-perfect Christmas advertising, Plenty kitchen towels gives us a version of Christmas we can’t unsee. Set to the tune ‘Love Hurts’ by Nazareth, we tell the truth of a family Christmas through the eyes of a young guy home for the holidays. He has to endure puking kids, weeing dogs, floored turkey, and relatives who don’t lock toilet doors. It’s not the most wonderful time of year at all. It’s a mess and a test of love that he weirdly goes back for year after year.
