Write a short summary of what happens in the film

The film begins with a couple Bolt and Nut on a conveyor belt, who have lived as auto parts their entire lives. The conveyor belt is moving as the old and rusty auto parts will soon all be thrown out. Bolt and Nut knew that their life as auto parts were coming to an end. Remembering their beautiful old days together, they say their farewells to each other, promising to meet again in the next life. With their last words, they reach the end of the conveyor belt and fall into the dark. The moment they thought it was all over, Bolt and Nut woke up in a vast white space as ‘0’ and ‘1’, respectively. Once they were auto parts and now they were reborn as members of a numeric system for the new digital era. This film portrays Hyundai Mobis’s vision of transforming into a mobility solution company.

Cultural / Context information for the jury

We wanted to trigger a sense of nostalgia in the generation of people who have experienced rapid changes and adapted from the analogue age to a digital age. Moreover, as digital media has been activated explosively, companies started to produce films without considering their brand identity and vision, just focusing on sales, resulting in people consuming films as snack videos and feeling tired of them.
