India is home to an astonishing diversity of culture and Indians from one part of the country immersing themselves in another part’s culture, is the nation’s most beautiful story. The Google Nest film is one such story, which begins when Nancy D’Costa, the little princess of a family from Goa (a region steeped in Portuguese culture) finds, along with her family, that, in her school production, she has to play the part of the Queen of Jhansi, the warrior princess from Hindi heartlands. The school-from-home play turns into a family affair when all members of this English and Konkani speaking D’Costa family turn to the Google Nest for all kinds of answers, trivia, music, preparations and schedules to help Nancy slip into the shoes of Lakshmibai and win this battle. The entire Google ecosystem works in synchronization to help all of them come together and thrive.
