"Fish." "Choose sustainable fish." The Vietnamese word for 'fish' is cá. We designed the word cá to look like a fish, which became the icon for the entire sustainable fish movement in Viet Nam. We created our own font to achieve this, called ‘Fish Font’. So in context, the headline translates as "Choose sustainable fish."
