Ripple Fragrances, an international brand of aroma products, was set to launch a new range of air fresheners called Lia, a type of automatic fragrance dispensers. The task was to create a memorable digital activation that stayed true to the fresh and happy personality of the brand. With the help of technology, we created a musical installation entirely made of Lia’s Automatic Fragrance Dispensers. The installation, constituting of 9 automatic dispensers belted out “Jingle Bells” to passersby at key market areas. We hacked the product, fine-tuned the nozzles, and manipulated the sprays to play nine musical notes in perfect synchrony.
