It's early morning in the city, the sun is breaking, we see a lone female jogger pounding out the kilometres. She's fit, healthy and committed. She leaps off a step, as her right leg descends into frame we match cut to a man lifting a barbell in a gym. His legs drive upward. This sets the tone for the remainder of the film. We see a series of dramatic match cut sequences between various people as they exercise. A rower's legs on a rowing machine match dissolve to a female swimmer pushing off a pool. After we see various people running, swimming, rowing, riding, we match cut these people being treated by their preferred health professional. The story is about showing how people with different bodies, who love different things have one thing in common - choice. If you care enough and choose to live a healthy, active lifestyle, then it only makes sense that you should be able to select the health professional of your choice to look after your body. The film ends on powerful, empowering images of two women, now fully treated, exercising vigourously. We end with the tag line, It's your body, your call.
