A blueprint is the foundation of a development. For Jade Hills, its foundation is that of natural rolling hills and azure lakes. To demonstrate how hills and lakes are the very foundation of Jade Hills and how its homes are built around it, we created a blueprint made up of 2 Chinese words: 山 = hill 水 = water The line '家在山水之间' which means 'home sits amidst hills and lakes' is subtly crafted to be part of the blueprint. It also shows that homes in Jade Hills come with lots and lots and lots of green and blue.
