Creative Execution

First, we stimulated consumers to pay attention to this serious problem by creating a “HAPPY TOILET” project at a Department Store’s toilets and turned it into a serious but humorous viral VDO. Then, we drove consumers to wanting to learn more and visit our Facebook Fan Page “Restroom Story”, and built conversations on poo trouble in a simpler and funnier way. Cute, approachable “infographic contents, combined with music VDOs and songs created by famous Thai bands, helped introduce NESVITA solution.

More than 500.000 people watched the viral video and actively engaged with our contents. Each day, new infographics we introduced getting over 4000 likes a day. NESVITA signed over 200.000 fans in just 5 months through just organic sharing (no media). The Page became the most engaging page among all of Nestle Thailand’s brands.

Millions of Thais suffer from constipation and for women in particular, the situation is very uncomfortable. They are shy talking about it, outside doctors and professionals, or seek advice and share tips, especially in public. Nesvita, is a special milk and cereals drink facilitating regularity. It decided to turn people’s attitude towards their “bowels problems” into an open-minded and relaxed topic. Through a series of edutainment contents, easy to understand, enjoyable and fun, Nesvita pointed out that stopped intestines are a big deal…but it’s no big deal to talk about it.
