Creative Execution

We created a platform called BagfulofMemories that tracked any content with #bagfulofmemories on social channels. Post this, we created standees & leaflets for the resort which educated holidayers on how to share the memories. The offline holiday team was also motivated to get more consumers to share memories. The content created was then reused on all social channels, it was converted into a booklet for Sales team to close deals as well.

Over 400 memories were created in a span of 4 days. This helped us in improving the engagement of the brand on various social media pages. More importantly, 10% of the people who interacted with the platform made an enquiry for Vacation Ownership. The content that we used helped us in retaining the customers from leaving the membership program as well.

Sterling Holidays could not get their consumers to share their experience even though it was an important part of spreading the brand experience. The objective of the campaign was to get people holidaying at the resorts to share their experience on social channels. The strategy deployed was to create a platform that collated experiences shared across social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter & Pinterest with #bagfulofmemories. This helped consumers to see a lot of positive memories that was created at Sterling resorts. The unique insight behind this campaign was that consumers kept creating holiday memories at the resorts but did not know how or where to share these memories. We just had to enable that.
