By dialing ‘1234’, customers can have any of their questions answered instantly over the phone, by speaking to an operator. The 1234 service can also be used without speaking at all, simply by texting from your mobile phone. This makes it perfect for those times when you need to ask a question of a private nature whilst in a public area. In this TVC campaign we see people asking awkward questions over the phone—questions they would have been better off texting to 1234 instead.
