Almost all young employees in Japan feel a sense of “dissatisfaction with their company”. They are especially stressed with their bosses and with entertaining important clients. These are universal feelings for company employees all over. So with this campaign, we used humor to illustrate this dissatisfaction in order to evoke empathy especially with the young businessmen, to get out the message to work hard and play hard at their new workplace!
