There are as many as 40,000 children living with Cerebral Palsy in Sri Lanka today. Many families do not know how to take care of children with the disease, and because of a stigma associated with disabilities, go so far as to hide their child away. This campaign is aimed to highlight the plight of these children and to make people aware that there is a way to help them live a better, and more fulfilling life. The video shows a child afflicted with Cerebral Palsy, communicating with the aid of a whistle. This clearly brings to life the difficulties faced by these children.
