Under a minimum budget we are going to develop a series of TVC that show a loop of this irritating cycle, the treatment would refer to the popular annoying-yet-entertaining “gif-edited-images” film. Depicting well-known character with their well-known activities that require constant hand washing, such as Dexter, Gordon Ramsay and the couple in Ghost movie. This film would also use a web banner in relevant social and news websites.
