We decided to promote this cutting edge Japanese technology, “EyeSight”, with the most cutting edge Japanese animation to attract the interest of young people. Collaborating with Japan’s leading mecha animator, Mr. Shoji Kawamori, we expressed “EyeSight”’s technologies through animation. We released the animation as web banners on websites that are popular among young people. This is the first “pop-up web theater” in Japan. Since when and where the animations will be shown was unknown, this simulated the curiosity of young people. The Click-through rate increased by 10 times, resulting in half a million traffics to the SUBARU website.
