Brief Explanation

The brief for us was to create personalized online advertising on Facebook, targeted at each user of Tata Docomo, with relevant service offers to drive better ROI and business revenue impact. We launched Hyper Personalization, that served personalized ads basis insights from customer's transactional account details (prepaid balance, consumption pattern etc.) and their social preferences (Facebook Interests). The solution was created using Facebook's Custom Audience API, linking data from transaction systems and user's Facebook Interests to be able to create and serve personalized ads in near real time. The campaign has helped win back 350,000 customers and increase ROI
