The Aomori Nebuta Festival has history and tradition. This project enabled your face to be projected on the Nebuta itself. By capturing the face on webcam, the data was broken down and the picture became an illustration. It was mapped with animation on the Nebuta during the Festival. The faces were shared through SNS, and it was on live streaming. There were 40,000 views in just 2 hours on the first day which resulted in people shouting out the tag lines for Intel during the festival. Various media covered the project and as a result became a huge success.
