Nowadays, a sneeze, no matter how innocent, is enough reason to be shunned in public. This radio campaign riffs on some of the most unpopular everyday people in order to make an everyday cold relief medicine more popular. At the start of each ad, we hear a sneeze building up, and when it’s released, the character emerges. The campaign features characters that nobody wants to encounter in public – racists, homophobes, even a toxic ex. And as the announcer begins to close, he offers the brand. Tuseran Forte, as the antidote. Each one closes with a lighthearted jab about the pariah, but should symptoms persist: a reminder to see a healthcare professional.
