SC ASSET, Thailand's no.1 housing developer, wants to launch a major end-of-year sales event offering discounts on all residence types. The timing couldn't be any worse as it is a period when all developers come up with their own sales event, so the question is, how can we differentiate our campaign to be different and more insightful.
We created the ‘Feel like a NEW HOME’ collection, a collection of ridiculous home improvement items that, at their best, can only make you “feel like” being in a new home. The purpose of this collection is to provoke and remind consumers that these ridiculous home improvement items aren’t the true solutions, and their benefits won’t last long. The collection took inspiration from 3 most common major living insights; lack of privacy, unpleasant or no view at all, and living so far away from the heart of the city.
The three most common major living problems were the inspiration of this three-piece collection. The packaging was also designed to complement each item according to its concept jokingly. The DO NOT DISTURB HOODIE, a hoodie that makes you 'feel like' having privacy, comes with a packaging that users can put their phone inside, the box will give you additional privacy. The THONGLOR DIFFUSER, delivering the scent of the heart of Bangkok and making you 'feel like' living in Bangkok's most prime area, comes with a box that can be folded into a paper speaker, enhancing the city's ambiance. The FOREST WINDOW POSTER, a quick fix for an instant green scenery crave making you 'feel like' living in a room with a gorgeous view, comes with a packaging that can transform itself into a monocular telescope, with 3X zoom power, now you are closer than ever with the nature.
