Cultural references to London were inserted into the video to reflect the local context of Piccadilly Lights. A simple pictogram animation was used to draw attention to the message and to match the form of the media, in which multiple videos are played together at the same time. The pictogram of the person with disabilities, which has symbolized limited mobility for many years, was used in an animation, portraying the figure taking “second steps” toward freedom and dreams of the future, through new mobility technology.
