THE BRIEF: Wantedley is a company that solves labor issues. Wantedley tackles on various social issues. In recent years, notifications from communication services have increased and they disturbs our productivity. Annoying notifications such as the Facebook, the Instagram, and e-mails, take time away to concentrate on creative works.

Describe the creative idea

OUR CREATIVITY: The most innovative 25 minutes.Just listening this music will boost the productivity. For the ever better labor situation, we created magical and innovative music, the core of strong brand communication. Just listening to music makes you concentrate and boosts the creativity on your work. (In fact, this experiment worked well for 70% of the examiners.) From different field such as leading experts, artists and office workers, they co-created this innovative music together. It has been featured by media and on SNS in spite of zero media cost and has contributed to the improvement of the working situation. Wantedly, the value of the brand, finally built a significant presence in labor issues.

Describe the strategy

QUESTION:To concentrate on works, what business persons usually do? Most likely, they answer that listening the music is the good way for concentration. Based on this survey, Wantedly declared to make the first ever innovative music specialized in improving concentration. Artists, leading experts on the field of concentration study, workers and Wantedly got together and they built a CO: CREATION method campaign.

Describe the execution

A survey targeting 2000 office workers was carried out. With the professional analysis, we found the three findings as follows and we exposed them. Of course, for FREE. 1. To get concentration and to maintain concentration are very different. Depending on the case, an appropriate type of music is required. 2. Efficient length for concentration. 3. Sample sound source. Four world famous artists empathized with Wantedly and joined this campaign. Finally, a 25-minute music, combined up-tempo sound with natural sound such as water, forest, birds, etc, has been created. For the ever better labor situation, we created magical and innovative music, the core of strong brand communication.

Describe the outcome

This first ever innovative music has been shared by media and artist's fans and leaded many workers to conentrate for creative works. Total exposure is $2 million. Wantedly built a significant presence in labor issues as a company which finally made the solution to help out the young office workers struggled with lack of concentration.
