Write a short summary of what happens in the ambient or digital execution or campaign.

We designed a technique device called” Dream Cloud”, which carries the aircraft and digital cameras. Then we made the Dream Cloud fly outdoor. Within a month flying, Dream Cloud has flied throughout Taipei City, Taoyuan Baseball Stadium and Kaohsiung Park. With Dream Cloud, we collected (filmed) encouraging actions, expressions and gestures from strangers in Taiwan.

Cultural/Context information for the jury

We found three local groups that are deserved to be encouraged. First group is "The Can", they are non-profit group in Taiwan who taking care of children from disadvantaged families and providing educational resources. The second group we encouraged is Taiwan Teenager Performing Arts League. They lead teenagers who have discontinued their studies in discovering themselves through drama. And the third group we encouraged is FJCU Jaguars Cheer leading Team. They are from Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan, who have practiced real hard in order to compete successfully in national cheer leading contest.
