Write a short summary of what happens in the film

A couple has just received a letter notifying them that their health insurance is rising again. A talking dove reminds them that this makes it an average of 25% over the last five years. The talking dove then explodes in a plume of orange smoke. It's The Billusionist! He takes their bill, and folds it into an origami ninja star. Suddenly the man, to his surprise, find himself strapped to a spinning board with an apple on his head. The Billusionist proceeds to fling several origami ninja bills at the spinning man before one splits the apple on his head. The Billusionist asks, "Is that your bill?". The woman opens it, and to her surprise - it's smaller! The Billusionist then disappears in an explosion of glitter.

Cultural/Context information for the jury

Following the successful launch of 'The Billusionist' character in 2018, an Illusionist but with bills, iSelect continued with a follow up campaign purely targeted at different issues in the health insurance sector. But not matter the problem people have with the health insurance, The Billusionist can always take their bills and make them smaller.
