In Korea, schools for students with impairments are considered NIMBY facilities. As a result, not too many of those facilities exist, and these hearing-impaired students are left with no choice but to attend a school that is 2-4 hours away, in complete silence. As an automobile company, HMG thinks an enjoyable transportation experience is a right for everyone. And so began the project to transform the students’ boring commute into something enjoyable and memorable. Let’s install a non-verbal communication channel on to the school bus! - A way to talk with a friend sitting in a seat far away - A way to send pictures and letters to friends - Selfies taken with the camera installed on the window can be sent to the parents’ phones
