Our inspiration came from the humble ‘Spy Hole’ found on numerous front doors in Japan. The Spy Holes acted as a ‘camera’ lens for our range of stickers. Each design used a classic camera shape and had a circular hole where the lens should be. The stickers were then fitted to the doors to use the spyholes as the cameras lens. The door friendly stickers were placed in and around the neighbourhoods of the stores. When people returned to their homes they were confronted with a message from the local camera store encouraging them to pay the store a visit. Just like any door drop flyer posted through their letterbox. With minimal investment and a bit of product theatre we took our message directly to people’s front doors and reminded them of fun of life through the camera lens.
