The Baker family have travelled to Japan and Mr. Baker is especially looking forward to eating sushi. However, he isn’t sure about the manners and thus receives advice from his Japanese friend Toku. Toku briefly explains the history of Sushi and how it became the popular food that it is today. He then goes on to explain how the Sushi Chef is making sushi and how it should be eaten in order to savour most of the taste. He also explains a few faux-pas that should definitely be avoided! Now confident, the Baker family continues their trip through Japan to eat sushi in many different places.
