These two video clips are based on true stories of a woman who uses her ears to “see” the world with mobile, and a man who loves talking to his family on his mobile. They shared their subtle and real experience with their previous mobile carrier that they all have used for over a decade. In compare to their new mobile carrier’s service, the video intends to arouse the fact that consumers should never accept that they are taken for granted, and they do always have a choice.
