With the concept of 'young man transforms into old man for a day', we produced a video showing the process of a subject spending a day in the city in just that way. We physically transformed a young guy into an old man, and had him spend a day in Busan. An 'old-age simulation kit' was used to produce the uncomfortable physical restrictions of old age, and special aging make-up convincingly transformed him into a man in his 80s. In the course of the day, he experienced public streets, public transit, a coffee shop, a park, and a college campus as an old man. He also met people on the streets who confided their true feelings. As he experienced a variety of public settings and encounters, cross-generational issues took on new meaning.
