Brief Explanation
We filmed a video presenting the inner thoughts of 7 seasoned runners, when they were running they felt like throwing away all restraint into the air. It explains a little thing called “tiny happiness” that could be gained from running, and buried deep in every single runner’s heart, so that it enables them to ignore all the tediousness and tiredness when running. Each steps will lift up your level of tiny happiness. The film encourages everyone to take a step to pursue your own tiny happiness. #JustRun
