And so the company decided to translate the data to terms they'd easily understand. So consumption was described in infographics. To engage the subscribers even more, Maynilad added interesting details to the pictures.

Creative Execution

The infographic bill was sent out in 2015. Its latest delivery was in August 2016.

Results

The idea resulted in a drop in the average monthly consumption of water by 11%.

Using the water bill as Direct piece, the idea called the consumer to action: save the precious resource (which they did).

Using the water bill as Direct piece, the idea was sent to big consumers of water. Finally making a call to save water, the bill drove them to a website where they could get tips on how to do so.
