The Campaign

We created ad series comprised with images of “real garbage collected from the shore” to highlight the fact that the trash that is poorly managed in residential area could pollute the shore in the distance away.

Creative Execution

The photoshoots of creative work are carried out on the shore of Ise coast. We shot the actual trash collected from the beach. We try to express our work as “evidence photography” for the crime scene,to symbolically tell the story about how urban pollution affects their beloved bay.

Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market

This campaign helps to raise awareness among locals. It led to the increase of participants in beach and upfront river clean-up activities. Some schools in the community even adopted our poster to teach students in environmental related classes.

We targeted our ad posters in the area where the locals are densely gathered such as community malls, theaters, exhibition lobbies. We also strategically employed all of our ad series simultaneously to create eye catching impact and to capture attention.
