Health problems are very personal problems. Therefore, a healthcare ad might not connect as strongly with the TA as a DM. And it's hard to ignore a relevant DM. This DM clearly identified the problem for the TA and then also showed them the solution.
1500 of these DMs were sent out. Which means 1500 households across New Delhi. It ran according to the original plan, which was completed in a month.
The Primary TA were households with 30+ Male and Females, SEC A+, A, B+ and B in the New Delhi area. Only potential customers were targeted. This campaign helped the client break the clutter and reach the TA in a very compelling way.
Enquiry calls shot up from below ten a week to over fifty a week. And 87% of the callers converted to clients. Once they came, we made sure they went back satisfied. This also helped spread a good word of mouth.
