While celebrating the first anniversary of the company, we aimed to deliver our wish to expand the beer business.
Suntory Beer Limited, a company established in 2014 for focusing on beer-oriented business line which used to be a division under Suntory Holdings, celebrated its first anniversary.
Overtaking the previous record kept by a competitor, our parent company, Suntory Holdings, made the record high volume in the sales of beer products; thus it become the top manufacturer in the Japanese beer industry.
We created a visual representing a typical beer drinking scene in Japan, by adopting a drawing technique used for mural paintings in the ancient Egypt, the place where beer was developed. To explain the drinking scene, we also adopted the hieroglyph letters which were used in the same period as the wall paintings.
