We needed to convince Australians that when they came to H&R Block, they would find every deduction legally theirs. From this, we landed on the idea that 'H&R Block don't miss a thing'—if there were deductions to be found, this was the tax specialist who'd find them, and get them back to you. As part of a wider campaign, we created digital banners that demonstrated to Australians that things are easily missed—leaving them with one simple takeout: if they didn't see H&R Block this season, what might they miss out on?
Our campaign generated impressive results, with heavy engagement across the board including 3944 store map conversions, 2892 online DIY conversions and 1240 assisted conversions (July only) so far.
Australians perceive H&R Block to be a 'big and simple' tax agency, not necessarily 'big and good'. But as Australia’s biggest tax specialists, H&R Block has the knowledge and experience to get Australians the maximum amount they're legally entitled to.
