A special coat with free repair warranty for one hundred years, developed to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the long established business, Sanyo Shokai.
A commemorative project for the 70th anniversary of a long established brand, Sanyo Shokai. This redevelopment of the SANYO brand, which enjoyed recognition and popularity primarily for coats in the past, is intended to make the overwhelming technology and craftsmanship of SANYO Shokai known worldwide, by offering of a special coat with a maintenance warranty for 100 years (free repairs for 100 years), referred to as the “One Hundred Year Coat”.
The poster was embroidered with the same thread used for sewing and repairing the “One Hundred Year Coat”. The embroidery thread measuring over one kilometer was used and manually finished by a craftsman, taking more than one month to complete.
Was in contact with about 40 million people over a total of 7 days. 700 sold in four months of February-November 2014 2013.
