BACKGROUND Night Safari is one of the main attractions of Taman Safari Indonesia, located 80 miles from Jakarta. Due to distance, people from Jakarta usually only visit Taman Safari on weekends. CHALLENGE How to bring the Night Safari experience without leaving Jakarta? BIG IDEA 1 Tree + 300 Eyes = a lively Night Safari experience! HOW IT WORKS A single tree in one of Jakarta's most crowded city park. We installed 300 specially designed leaves which turn into nocturnal animal eyes at night.
