Execution

In 2012, Guinness in Japan launched new brand message "A pint that breathes -take a deep breath to recharge" Guinness is defined by its beautiful bubbles, which well up as if it is breathing. And the relaxed feeling Japanese people have when they drink Guinness is what they call deep breath. To help communicate the message of "A pint that breathes", we took these features and created a giant glass of Guinness. When user blows air to a microphone, it triggers a pump to well up bubbles in the Guinness. You can also try this from a distance via smartphone app. We opened a special pub in collaboration with a restaurant "Pagliaccio in Marunouchi" in Tokyo, and placed the giant Guinness at the entrance for 2 weeks.
