MEDIA EXECUTION: Using the condominium elevator’s intercom, a recording is played that sells the elevator like how a real-estate agent would sell a condominium. It tells them that even if it’s a small space you can still make it a beautiful space.

BACKGROUND: Condominium sales in the Philippines have been booming that’s why furniture shops have also increased their sales. How can Kish, a quaint Filipino furniture shop, compete with thousands of furniture shops and get these condominium buyers to become Kish furniture buyers? STRATEGY: In the Philippines, condo unit spaces are small. People spend millions for a unit that’s less than 20 sq.m. So Kish Furniture championed this reality to become the saviour of small spaces.
