The "I Am Anxiety" campaign was launched nationally to help Australian recognise the most common symptoms of anxiety. Australian born actor Ben Mendelsohn, known for playing edgy characters, became the personification of anxiety. He delivers a monologue that translates the symptoms of anxiety into simple emotional expression. Something sufferers can relate to and use to help express their state to others.
