The New Zealand Fire Service initial ad in the series depicted the pain a father felt for having allowed his young daughter to be burnt in a house fire because he hadn't installed smoke alarms. In this follow up commercial, which is part of the series, "Nightmare" depicts his ongoing turmoil. 'Nightmares' shows the father reliving the tragic events of the fire before realising it is his imagination reliving the horror of the fire, not reality, before breaking down under his immense pain.
