The micro movie revolves around a tale of brotherhood, deceit and redemption. It was created exclusively for online consumption and as a testament to the eminence of the sports cars of the Volkswagen Group. “Extreme Pursuit” is a vivid short film with production standards that are usually reserved for big blockbusters. It features Chinese and international stars, among them the first big Hollywood film star ever to participate in a Chinese micro movie, Keanu Reeves. It also features some extremely particular locations in the beautiful city of Chengdu in Sichuan province as well as an original soundtrack of silver screen quality. It’s a film that is distinctly recognizable as Chinese with a whiff of Hollywood and international flair.
