Background/Cultural Ref Cambodians love to talk. Which probably explains why they own more than one mobile phone. They are not really that tech savvy as they feel that is for "them town folks". They tell us : "We just want to talk". "Give us talk time". So what better than to actually introduce a pre-paid SIM card that comes preloaded with 10,000 minutes and does not expire? And what news could possibly be bigger than this - King Kong? Film Synopsis Spot starts with Kong getting a lot of attention as he "visits" Phnom Penh. He creates quite a stir, as Cambodia has never seen anything this big, literally. Lots of people gather round to see this "sensation". Sensing his "big moment" Kong prepares himself to face the camera. However, the crowd gets distracted at another "big" news and head over to gather around this newer and bigger sensation - the SIM Cellcard Thom Thom. (Thom Thom means "big big" in Khmer. Do pardon the English subtitles, as it is a direct translation from Khmer).
