au, operated by KDDI, is the second largest cell phone communication company brand name in Japan. In this CM, we portray the congregation of people that materializes due to a location-enabled (geo-locator) app and a music app that allow music to play from the smartphone, all made possible by au’s mega data communication feature (4GLTE). As the people assemble, the different musical instrument sounds emanating from each smartphone come together to play OASIS’s “Don’t Look Back in Anger.”
